The Collector can be quickly reverted to its factory settings (wifi settings deleted)

Main Menu: Restore Factory Settings (WiFi will be deleted)

You can re-set the Collector to its factory defaults with this menu item, but please keep in mind that your WiFi settings will be deleted.

The AP (Access Point) mode will be automatically started so that you can re-connect the Collector to your WiFi network by entering your network name (SSID) and password. Please see these instructions about connecting to your router if you have not done this yet.>

After you have pressed or clicked the ACTIVATE button, you will see a final screen that has instructions for entering your WiFi settings:
