This extender kit includes 1 motor control interface (12 volt, 10 amp), 1 x 12 lb non-radio motor, and is designed for use with any home automation system, such as Z-wave®, Zigbee®, Insteon®, Crestron® and Control4®.
Any home automation system that has dry contact output (ie relay capability) will work with our controller (DCC-1W-12-24). All it requires is 2 switch closures (i.e. relays) for FORWARD/STOP/REVERSE. The switch closures simply provide a momentary path to ground on each of the control wires, 1 for FORWARD, 1 for REVERSE.

This will control one group of up to approximately 8 blinds, depending on sizes of motor selection; it works with any 12v DC (or 24v DC) power source that has an amperage rating suitable for your motor requirements.
